It was W Event Boutique's second Wedding Open House on February 20th 2020. The evening gathered people from all over the GTA to check out our venue and meet with some of the biggest names in the event industry:

Guests took full advantage of the amazing incentives found at every booth - only available at the Winter 2020 Wedding Open House.
Upon entering W, our guests' eyes were drawn to one of the most jaw-dropping displays in the centre of the room, created by DT Floral & Decor; stunning cherry blossom trees that surrounded and towered over the main bar. Guests had the chance to learn more about each of the vendors and create an in-person relationship, which always gives couples comfort. Onlookers stopped in awe of Jessica Golicky, who flawlessly painted Marilyn Monroe and enjoyed herself by dancing along to the music provided by Bongo & B Entertainment.
Seventh Heaven Catering showcased its signature, gigantic, colourful charcuterie display. To follow, they served a Banana Berry Flambé: French vanilla gelato on sponge cake topped with flambéed butter, ripple berries, and bananas. It was another beautiful dish by the 2019 Consumer's Choice Award Winning catering company. Jess' Sweets brought some of her trademark, delectable sweets while Love Gelato showed off their mobile gelato booths which are available to rent for events.
Our attendees got a glimpse of what the wonderful vendors can create. There were several tables decorated in a variety of themes by Blush Events, DT Floral & Decor, and Plate Occasions; inspiring and having many stop to take a closer look at the stunning displays. As a blank canvas venue, these tables and decor have shown the different designs that can blissfully transform our space. Additionally, with the help of event planners such as The Savvy Planner, Let's Party Consultants and Your Main Event they can take your inspiration and create it for your big day.
We wanted our second Wedding Open House to be bigger and better! Visitors had the opportunity to see even more wedding decor and a variety of colour palettes and styles that compliment our venue. W Event Boutique partnered with Seventh Heaven Event Catering to offer some incredible incentives.
Our guests enjoyed a social media contest to win a free venue booking and posed for take-home pictures. As a venue, we truly love to watch people enjoy themselves and take a break from their busy lives. We hope that this event provides an opportunity for couples to find ease in the stressful wedding planning process, by putting the best vendors in the industry into one space.
